WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN?
Gestalt is a tricky word. It's German. It has no direct translation into English.
As simply as possible, it means "wholeness".
The answers are inside you. By listening to your body (somatics), your heart and asking your mind to get out of the way, you can come to some fascinating conclusions about why you are the way you are, and what your buttons are (we all have them).
Something pushes those buttons, and your mind, who only knows the past, reacts.
What if you could get past that?
Gestalt (with and without horses) helps you do that.
ON THE PHONE
Set up a session on the phone (or on Zoom if you like the way your hair looks today) to talk with Ashara or Glenn about what's going on. Sessions are an hour. Packages are available if you love it (ask for package info, because we design them for each individual)
IN PERSON
Meet the horses and spend time leaving issues in the dirt with their help.
There's no riding. Your horse partner will work with you from the ground.
DIVE IN
Maybe you have some experience, or your just ready to go for it. Talk to us about a package - all phone, all horses, or a combination.
