A 2-1/2 day Women only retreat at beautiful Harmony’s Heart Farm in Colorado, starting at 6pm Friday, June 12 and ending by 5pm Sunday, June 14.
A Healing Pipe Ceremony
- This ceremony will set the stage for the rest of the weekend

Room
- A room of your own Friday/Saturday for the first five women to register; the final three will share an elegant bunkhouse on the same property.
Meals
- Continental Breakfast and Lunch Saturday/Sunday; Dinner on Saturday
Mind, Body & Self-Reflection / Exploration
- Meditation and mindfulness sessions
- Breathwork exercises
- Daily reflection and writing time
Coaching with the Horses
- In the safety of the circle, let the horses lead you to
- An awareness of what is holding you back
- Letting go of old habits and ideas
- Lightness and a new perspective on who you are and what your life can be

Travel and Logistics
- If flying in, plan on arriving at Denver International Airport (DEN) close to 12noon Mountain Time.
- It takes about one hour driving time to the Farm - if you want to carpool, we’ll make a list available
- To plan your departure, the retreat ends at 5pm on Sunday.
Retreat Rules:
- Everyone is on their own path - kindness is key.
- Close toed shoes are a MUST
- No smoking of any kind
- No alcoholic beverages during the retreat on the retreat grounds.
